The Borough of East Washington, at just 0.45 square miles, is surrounded on three sides by the City of Washington and borders South Strabane Township to the north. The Borough is comprised of residential and institutional uses; home to part of W&J College, Faith Christian School, Thayer Street Playground, and the First Christian Church.
