- Motion / second – Approval for Payment – Independent Enterprises 2021 Road Improvement Project total $64,110.40. Change Order #1 in the amount of $6,704.80 (additional work added to total) HOLD PAYMENT UNTIL MAINTENANCE BOND IS RECEIVED. – Rich Rush
- Motion / second- Approval for Minimum Municipal Obligation (MMO) PMRS Pension Plan.
($7,939 for 2022) - Motion / second –Authorize Treasurer to move American Rescue Funds Grant received from the General Account to a separate new account. First payment received was $94,725.64. Discuss use of Funds
- Set EWB Trick or Treat – 5:30 – 7:00 pm Sunday, October 31, 2021 (FOLLOW SAME as City of Washington?)
- Discussion – Fire Contract – City of Washington. Discuss option(s) Extend to 15 years. Increases every 5 years vs. every year. Michael McCormick, Kris LaGreca, Doug Corwin, Jerry Coleman.
- Set date for Budget Workshop.

- Metz Trans, LLC – South Wade Inlet Repair-Grate, patch road, wedge curbs to be installed. $5,500.00
- Metz Trans. LLC – Ford Alley Inlet Repair-Excavate collapsed grate, reset, and backfill. $1,850.00
