Kris LaGreca moved and seconded by Joe Fulton to authorize the purchase of the Firewall Equipment and have our IT services contractor, Russell Stevens, Technical Support and Supply, set up and install the equipment at a cost of $1,595.00. – Motion passed.

Joe Fulton moved and seconded by Dan Bird to direct President Weinstein complete all the necessary forms for applying for the Community Development Block Grant – CDBG Grant for 2022 and notify Rob Phillips that the borough will be requesting the CDBG funds be used for handicap ramps in the borough. – Motion passed.

Doug Corwin – Presented Council with options for moving funds into an online account. A suggestion was made that someone from council explore other local banks in the area for additional options.

Dan Bird asked about the status of the security cameras. Discussion continued regarding the placement of the cameras for outside the building or inside for monitoring. Chief Bradley felt it necessary to hard wire the cameras and he would be the only one to have access to viewing the video(s). Of concern was taping with audio and video during executive sessions, and the camera always on employee(s). No decision made.
