• Jeff Bull, Fairmont Avenue – Mr. Bull asked if the council was following the latest version of Roberts Rules for Meetings and suggested they get a copy of it. Also asked who directed Mr. Makel to go to the Mayors house and why he chooses not to answer this question.  Mr. Bull stated that if he does not get an answer, he will file a Right to Know request.  Ms. Patrick said she would discuss this with Mr. Makel because she was not at that meeting and cannot give him an answer at this time.

Executive Session

• Vice President Kent James announced to enter an Executive Session at 8:12 pm for personnel reasons-discussion to hire a part-time employee -Public Works Department.

  Meeting resumes at 8:36 pm.

Official Action:

1. 1. Part-Time Employee  – Motion Demond Nixon, second Dan Bird to table hiring a part time employee-Public Works Department. 3 applicants were received via the posting on our social media site. Council agreed to interview these applicants and then add this item to the March 1, 2021 Agenda. – Motion passed.
