- On a motion made by Demond Nixon and seconded by Joe Fulton the minutes of the January 3, 2022, Re-Organization meeting were approved by unanimous vote.
- Dan Bird made a motion seconded by Michael McCormick the January 3, 2022, minutes were approved by unanimous vote.
- On am motion made by Demond Nixon and seconded by Kent James the January 20, 2022, minutes were approved by unanimous vote.
- Demond Nixon made a motion seconded by Kent James to approve the Bills, Gen Account $16,810.96 (Check 7408 to 7443), PLGIT $6,235.08 (Check No. 991). Passed by unanimous vote.
Action Items/Discussion
- Animal Control Contract 2022-2023. Solicitor Makel will discuss the contract language with Kym Secreet and approval for the Animal Control Contract will be on the agenda at the next meeting.
- Update on the Tesla Charing station at the borough building. Aaron Lucero will provide estimates for the installation of the charging station at the next meeting.
- Communication Update-Archiving email. – Joe Fulton stated that there should be a method for archiving emails. Mr. Fulton will write a procedure for archiving emails and present his recommendations at the next meeting. 2 emails were deleted. Kris LaGreca and Dawn Petrosky.
Other brief discussions included expenses for the Public Works Dump Truck, increase storage capacity at the salt shed and snow removal on sidewalks in the borough.

Motion
- On a motion made by Kent James and seconded by Michael McCormick to continue the meeting on Thursday, February 17, 2022, at 7:00 pm at which time Council will open bids for the Playground Park Project. Passed by unanimous vote.
