- Anna Phelan 15 North Wade – Eric Meyers stated there was a water issue; he put in drains and installed a sump pump. There is a significant amount of water in the yard. He is trying to get rid of that water and route it to the storm sewer. He was told he needs to come a meeting to discuss this with council. He took photographs and was told there are no storm drains on Wade. President Weinstein said our engineer will contact him about the water issue.
Action Items/Discussion
- On a motion made by Joe Fulton and seconded by Kent James the Comcast Business Solutions Contract upgrade was approved by unanimous vote.
- Discussion: additional park improvements – apply for a grant.
- Motion Joe Fulton, second Demond Nixon to authorize Michael McCormick to apply for a grant proposal for trail improvements in the area between Christman and the soccer field in coordination with Sarah Boyce, Harshman CE Group, with an amount not to exceed $ 2,000.00 for engineering consulting expenses. Motion passed.

- Plant trees Sign -non motorized trail
- Walking trail
- Picnic tables

- Smaller parking area off Christman
- It was noted that there is a sign for the walking trail – Edward McVay Walking Trail

- The executive session planned for this meeting was not held because not everyone who needed to be there could attend.
- Motion Doug Corwin and seconded by Dan Bird to adjourn the meeting 8:30 pm. Motion passed.
