- Terrence Cloonan, 665 Lemoyne Ave. Ext. Wanted to know when Lemoyne Ave. Ext will be paved. Mr. Cloonan is still concerned about the deer population in his back yard. President Weinstein said at this time, there is no set date as to when Lemoyne Ave. Ext. will be paved.
Official Action:
- MS4 Presentation – Presentation from Sarah Boyce about the small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System MS4 plan. (Power point document will be sent to Council). Sarah will continue to work with Council on the MS4 plan.
- Budget Approval – Motion Kent James, second Doug Corwin, to AMEND 2021 Budget and advertise for public inspection after making the changes below and any other changes that council agrees on. Changes to budget: Add 10K to engineering MS4 expense to total 20K. Subtract 10K from road work budget to balance the MS4 expense. – Motion passed.
- W&J – street modifications East Beau Street & East Alley – Motion Kent James, second Demond Nixon to authorize Solicitor, Dennis Makel write a letter to W&J that borough is aware of W&J applying for the HOP permit, curb cut, and list concerns of Council.

- Discussion regarding minutes and Mayor Gomber’s request for his comments, documents, and emails he sent to be attached to minutes of record. President Weinstein asked council members to look at what the Mayor sent and send her an email individually regarding the Mayor’s request.
- Council Member Doug Corwin wanted to know for the record, where Mayor Gomber resides. Does he live in his house or elsewhere in the borough?
