• Rescind Strategic Management 5 Year Financial Plan – Motion Dan Bird, second Kent James to rescind Resolution 014 of 2020 DCED Strategic Management 5 Year Financial Plan. No figures were in resolution. – Motion passed.
• Resolution 015 of 2020 DCED Strategic Management 5 year Financial Plan. Motion Doug Corwin, second Kent James to approve Resolution 015 of 2020 DCED Strategic Management 5 year Financial Plan.  President Weinstein stated we would be responsible for 10 % of cost.  We are given a list of companies to send the RFP to.  In the Request for Proposal (RFP) Council can reject any company and we have an option or out clause to reject any of the proposals.  We are not committed, and we can reject them all if we want to.
