The Borough of East Washington is looking for a resident who is interested in filling a vacant seat for the Zoning Hearing Board. The Zoning Hearing Board hears appeals on the validity of the zoning ordinances. In addition, the board has the power to grant variances and special exceptions to the ordinance.

We have an immediate need to fill this vacancy. To be considered please contact the Borough Secretary with a letter of interest with your qualifications by October 12th. The Council will review the applications and appoint residents during the continued October meeting on Monday the 16th.
