EAST WASHINGTON – On Tuesday, May 18th 2021, the East Washington Police and the Mayor’s Office were made aware of the death of a local resident, Jerad Cypher. Mr. Cypher previously served on the East Washington borough council and was known in the local community. On behalf of the borough council and Mayor’s office, it is with great regret to share this tragic loss in our community.
