This week major progress was made at Nicholas Cumer Park. The Borough approved the revised plans presented by Harshman CE Group at the August 15th Council meeting allowing construction to restart. The new walking paths have been prepared for concrete and the previous work has been corrected. On Thursday concrete was poured to form the new walking paths in and around the pavilion area. Council member Michael McCormick who has a background in landscape architecture reviewed the work completed so far and gave his approval.
