NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the East Washington Borough Council and the City of Washington Council, located in Washington County, Pennsylvania, will hold a public hearing to discuss a proposed amendment to the Washington-East Washington Multi-Municipal Zoning Ordinance in accordance with the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code (“MPC”).

Proposed Amendment:

The Councils intend to consider re-zoning a section of Lemoyne Avenue from R2-A Two-Family Residential Zoning to R1-A Single-Family Residential Zoning between Lockhart Street and the termination of Lemoyne Avenue at Bakewell Lane.
