We are pleased to announce that Thayer Street Park has reopened. On Monday, the Borough Council voted to reopen the park after being closed in March because of the pandemic. We ask that residents abide by the following CDC guidelines:
- Use at your own risk for the possible spread of COVID-19
- Please wear a mask
- Children should be supervised at all times
- Please stay home if you’re feeling sick
- Avoid a crowded playground
- Please maintain social distancing on the playground
- Please wash/sanitize your hands before and after playground use
- Bring sanitizer from home
- Avoid touching your face to prevent the spread of germs
Council is pleased to allow residents access to Thayer Street Park and the Memorial Park. Public Works made a number of improvements to the park, and we look forward to seeing you enjoy it.
