Volunteers Needed for Green Zone Dead Tree Limbs and Brush Clean-Up Event

When: Saturday, October 15, 2022 – 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Where: East Washington Borough Public Works salt lot

We are looking for volunteers to help clean up the dead tree limbs and brush in the Greenzone area on Saturday, October 15, from 9:00 to 11:00 meeting at the Borough Public Works salt lot access from East Beau Street. The Borough will provide volunteers with gloves, vests, and garbage bags.

Volunteer work may require heavy lifting in the wooded areas around the zone. We recommend you wear old clothes and good boots.  A waiver signed the morning of the event will be required to participate.
