Public comment – The East Washington Borough zoning hearing board allocates a period of
time during this item for those individuals who would like the opportunity to address the council
on any matter. Each person addressing the council is asked to limit their comments to a
maximum of three (3) minutes. The total time allotted for public comment is fifteen minutes. Please state your name, address, and the subject.

Motion to elect Tom Vreeland as chair

Motion to elect Gary Stout as vice chair

Motion to elect Oscar Smith as secretary

Motion to use Observer Reporter as official publication

Motion to have regular meeting time as the fourth Wednesday of the month at 1:30pm at the
borough building,15 Thayer Street

Motion to appoint Tom Lonich as solicitor at rate of $200 per hour
