Driveway Permits are $100.00 + $90.00 per hour for engineer review and $60.00 per hour for construction observations.
Demolition Permits are $100.00 for non residential accessory bldg. in excess of 150 feet squared, $1,000.00 for nonresidential building or structure, $500.00 for residential (up to 5 units), and $500.00 + an additional $500.00 per unit for residential uses with over 5 units. (also Check Historic District Ordinance)

Variances Application to Zoning Hearing Board $350 + $1,000 in escrow, the applicant is responsible for all zoning variance costs incurred. The escrow account balance may not be lower than $250 at any time.
