On Monday, August 2nd Council will continue the discussion and vote on the following policies. Residents have an opportunity to review the policies below before the meeting:

Policy: Disposing of items valued less than $2000 – If the borough wishes to dispose of Borough-owned property valued between $1-$1999 this policy outlines how the item is sold.

Policy: Reimbursement for Tree Removal – If a tree that originates on Borough property falls on your right-of-way or property, this policy outlines the procedure for reimbursement if the resident chooses to remove the tree at their own expense.

These policies will be on the agenda for Monday, August 2nd. Residents who have concerns or feedback may speak during the public comment period. The public comment period will follow the Pledge of Allegiance. Any person from the public may speak for a 3 minute period. The total time allotted for public comment is 15 minutes.
